• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• No returns for worn, damaged, altered, or resized jewellery.

Process
1. Request via email (tareefjewels69@gmail.com)/WhatsApp (+918447576105) with Order ID + reason + unboxing video.
2. Team verification.
3. QC approval → refund/exchange processed.
Refunds
• Store credit or original payment method.
• Store credit valid 6 months.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• COD refunds via store credit.
Exchanges
• Allowed for size/design.
• Price difference adjusted.
Damage Claims
• Report within 24 hours with unboxing video.
Cancellations
• Within 2 hours only.
• No cancellation for custom orders.
International Orders
• No returns/exchanges.
